ADP is hiring a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Messaging Developer to join our dynamic Sales Messaging team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales messaging strategy through thorough creative messaging skills, technology innovation, data analysis, trend evaluation, and the ability to influence change. This position requires a blend of expertise in messaging trends, data analysis, content management, business intelligence tools, and familiarity with AI and large language models.

Expectations:
- Review and fine-tune Gen AI prompts with personalized value messaging
- Build out and maintain the large language model and messaging database to enhance content creation processes and messaging frameworks.
- Assist with value-messaging workflows to deliver targeted messaging in a scalable way
- Analyze existing messaging and sales data to identify trends and patterns in messaging effectiveness and performance across different channels.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards utilizing business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights to the Sales Messaging team and BU Ops partners.
- Continuously learn and apply Agentics to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency, utilizing automation to reduce manual processes and enhance overall productivity within the Sales Messaging function.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis, AI, and business intelligence.
Skills/qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, Communications or a related field
- Familiarity with AI technologies and large language models used in sales and marketing contexts.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, as well as active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively
- 5 years of sales or sales content writing experience
- Ability to identify business challenges and key trends
- Strong relationship management skills, with ability to use insights to influence stakeholders and challenge the status quo
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of business intelligence tools (e.g., Gong, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience with content management systems and messaging frameworks.
