Job Title:Generative AI Deployment Specialist / Lead
Location: Bangalore, India

About the Role
We are looking for a Generative AI Deployment Specialist / Lead to join our Forward Deployed Engineering team. This role requires hands‑on expertise in building and deploying GenAI applications, working closely with clients, and delivering production‑grade solutions in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Help clients integrate and adopt GenAI offerings; demonstrate measurable impact such as KPI improvements.
- Embed within client landscapes, understand their domain, and co‑develop solutions with core product engineering teams.
- Own technical delivery across multiple deployments from prototype to stable release.
- Build bespoke GenAI and agentic AI solutions (RAG, multi‑agent workflows, fine‑tuning).
- Conduct technical debugging, root cause analysis, and rapid prototyping.
- Implement and administer best practices for scalable, production‑grade AI deployments.
- Communicate clearly with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders; flag risks early.
Job Requirements
- Experience building GenAI applications (RAG, multi‑agent systems, fine‑tuning) using LangChain, LangGraph, etc.
- Clear understanding of Model Context Protocols, A2A Protocols, Agent Developer Kit and hands‑on experience with LLMs.
- Expertise in deploying production‑grade AI/ML solutions, including evaluation and optimization, on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Extensive hands‑on data science experience with pandas, scikit‑learn, PyTorch.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub/GitLab, GitOps, Jenkins, CircleCI, Datadog, Slack.
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar stacks; delivered production‑grade code across frontend & backend.
- Ability to scope and deliver complex systems in rapid, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience teaching or evangelizing technical concepts.
- Strong grasp of how AI model behavior impacts product experience.
- Track record of delivering solutions in customer‑facing setups.
