The Opportunity

In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Data and Analytics team you will lead the design and implementation of advanced data solutions that enhance organizational capabilities. As a Manager you will guide the development of data pipelines, oversee machine learning initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of experience in technical/technology roles with a focus on GenAI projects
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- 8 years of experience in data engineering
- Proven leadership in developing data pipelines
- Experience in implementing machine learning models
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Familiarity with cloud-native development patterns
- Experience deploying containerized applications
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations
- Relevant certifications in data engineering preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
