Hiring: Generative AI Engineer (Microsoft Azure Stack)
Location: Remote (India)
Experience: 4–6 Years
We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer with strong Microsoft Azure expertise to work on a US-based wholesale distributor project.
This role requires engineers who can own delivery, design agent architectures, and build production-grade GenAI systems on Azure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end POC delivery and convert solutions into production-ready architecture
- Design and implement 2-agent architecture initially (scope expected to expand)
- Build Azure-native GenAI solutions with scalability and reliability
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, AI Engineers, DevOps teams, and US stakeholders
- Take independent technical decisions and drive execution under tight timelines
- Ensure debugging, monitoring, and reliability of GenAI systems in production
Required Skills
- Strong Python + API/backend integration
- Hands-on experience with AutoGen and multi-agent systems
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure ecosystem
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric
- Strong prompt engineering and evaluation in production environments
- Understanding of deployment, monitoring, and MLOps fundamentals
Mandatory Azure Capability
Candidates should have hands-on experience with:
- Azure AI Foundry + AutoGen Agent Service
- Azure model deployment operations (model selection, versioning, throughput)
- Evaluation & observability (quality metrics, safety metrics, monitoring)
- Prompt and output safety controls
- Retrieval grounding using Azure AI Search / vector retrieval
- Microsoft Fabric integration with Azure workflows
