About the role

QMap/Medication staff at Lakeview Commons are responsible for for ensuring residents receive medication as prescribed by their physicians. Medication staff follow resident care plans and physician's orders to ensure resident safety and well-being while complying with all Federal, State, and Local stardards for community operation. They incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

    Schedule: 

    • Full-time, Mondays through Thursdays AND every other Saturday/Sunday, from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
    • Full-time, Mondays through Wednesdays, Fridays AND every other Saturday/Sunday, from 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
    • Part-time PRN/On-call, available for all shifts, all days
    • 8-Hour Shifts
    • Weekend and holiday availability preferred

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a QMap is preferred but not required.
    • Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
    • CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.
    • Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Compassionate and patient
