Role Description
Palace Toyota is seeking a motivated and results-driven General Manager for sales. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mysore. The General Manager will oversee the overall sales department operations, develop and implement sales strategies, lead and mentor the sales team, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, setting and achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and ensuring that company goals are met and exceeded.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Achieving Sales Quotas
- Team Leadership, Staff Training, and Workforce Motivation skills
- Exceptional Client Relationship Management and Communication abilities
- Strong Organizational, Problem-Solving, and Strategic Planning skills
- Understanding of Automotive Sales and Market Trends is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic financial management concepts is an advantage
