We’re looking for a high-agency generalist intern to help us build and grow a restaurant in Gurgaon. This is not a “sit and observe” internship—you’ll be in the trenches, owning real outcomes from Day 1.
If you enjoy figuring things out, getting your hands dirty, and want a front-row seat to building a consumer business, this role is for you.
What you will do:
- 🤝 Build partnerships: Identify and collaborate with event partners, communities, and brands to drive footfall
- 🎉 Run events end-to-end: Conceptualize, plan, and execute events at the restaurant
- 📱 Manage social media: Own content, posting, and engagement across platforms
- 📈 Drive customer growth: Experiment with ideas to bring in more customers (online + offline)
- ⚡ Execute on-ground strategies: Be on-site, solve problems in real time, and make things happen
Who you are:
- High ownership mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Strong communication and people skills
- Creative + resourceful—you can figure things out with limited resources
- Willingness to be on-ground (you need to be at the restaurant for 3-4 days/week)
- Interest in F&B, events, or startups is a big plus
