About Us : Deccan AI experts is a pioneering company founded by IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad alumni, with a strong founding team from IITs, NITs, and BITS. About the Role: We are looking for a Generalist to join us for high Impact AI projects. You will collaborate with leading AI research and operations teams to help train and refine foundational models across diverse real world topics from business and social sciences to general reasoning and communication.
This role combines your broad knowledge base and analytical thinking with hands on model evaluation to improve AI understanding across multidisciplinary domains.
In this role, you will be part of a highly skilled team with cross-domain expertise, contributing directly to the accuracy, alignment, and human-like reasoning of next-generation AI system
Responsibilities
- Annotate and evaluate model outputs across general, business, and social domains.
- Review and refine AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and reasoning quality.
- Analyze data patterns to improve model understanding and consistency.
- Contribute to model alignment, interpretability, and ethical reasoning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback into training cycles.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
- Prior exposure to startups or fast-moving environments is a plus, but not mandatory.
