🚀 Hiring: Generalist (Intern / Associate) — Elda., Founding Team
Final year / straight out of college | Want to break into startups?
This is not a typical job. You’ll work on literally everything.
What you'll do?
- Work across operations, product, growth, and customer experience
- Speak to seniors & families → understand Voice of Customer (VoC)
- Extract insights to shape how concierge conversations should happen
- Use AI tools to build scrappy solutions and workflows
- Help build ELDA’s concierge SOP / playbook from scratch
- Test, iterate, execute - fast
You’ll be working directly with the founders - Rishiraj & Anubhav, building Elda from 0→1 and defining the foundation of how we operate.
Who this is for ?
