About the role?
We are looking for a sharp, resourceful, and proactive Founder's Associate / Business Generalist to join our growing team. This is not a traditional role with fixed responsibilities. Instead, you'll work across various functions, taking ownership of projects and helping build the foundation of the business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Own and execute cross-functional projects from ideation to completion.
✅ Build, improve, and streamline business processes, workflows, and operational systems.
✅ Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to drive seamless execution.
✅ Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence to support strategic decisions.
✅ Support marketing campaigns, content creation, branding, and communication initiatives.
✅ Identify business challenges, recommend practical solutions, and drive implementation.
✅ Leverage AI tools, spreadsheets, and technology to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
✅ Adapt to evolving business priorities and contribute across multiple functions with a hands-on approach.
✅ Take ownership of deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution and timely completion.
What We're Looking For
✔️ 1–5 years of professional experience, preferably in a startup or cross-functional environment.
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔️ Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
✔️ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
✔️ Quick learner with sound judgment and the ability to make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to startups, luxury brands, retail, or D2C businesses.
Familiarity with AI tools, no-code platforms, spreadsheets, and basic analytics.
Strong sense of design, aesthetics, and attention to quality.
