Role Overview
We’re looking for a Generalist (Full-Time) who can operate across coordination, HRM, management, communication, and business functions including sales and marketing. This is a high-ownership role where you will work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to drive execution, streamline operations, and support business growth. A basic understanding of technology and digital tools is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate across teams (tech, sales, operations) to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Assist in HR functions including hiring coordination, onboarding, and team management
- Support day-to-day business operations and internal process optimization
- Work on sales and marketing initiatives including outreach, client communication, and follow-ups
- Manage stakeholder communication (internal and external)
- Assist in building and improving workflows, documentation, and reporting systems
- Contribute to business strategy discussions and execution planning
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of business functions (HR, operations, sales, marketing)
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to take initiative
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, or similar
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Exposure to startups, internships, or leadership roles

- Experience in sales outreach or marketing campaigns
- Basic understanding of technology, SaaS products, or digital tools
- Familiarity with CRM tools or project management tools
- Understanding of hiring processes or HR workflows
