Enhance Entertainment Media is building India’s first Ecosystem-as-a-Service for Live Entertainment — working with brands, artists, cultural IPs, and large-scale experiences.
We’re looking for someone who wants to be in the room where decisions are made.
This role works directly with the Founder.

⚡ What You’ll Actually Do
You won’t “assist.”
You’ll build.
- Work directly on live brand deals and partnership strategy
- Build decks that close revenue
- Track and push business pipelines
- Coordinate across ops, design, and partnerships
- Solve last-minute chaos before events
- Research new revenue streams and expansion opportunities
- Build systems where none exist
Some days you’ll be in strategy mode.
Some days you’ll be on-ground at a show.
Some days you’ll be fixing problems no one anticipated.
🧠Who This Is For
- 0–3 years experience (startup / consulting / media / agency preferred)
- Extremely high ownership mindset
- You don’t wait for instructions — you move
- Strong in Excel / Google Sheets / PPT
- Comfortable with pressure and fast timelines
- Strong communicator — written and verbal
- You care about building something meaningful
This role is for someone who wants to:
