Job Description: Generalist Intern

We are looking for a Generalist Intern who is interested in learning how a startup works across different areas — Sales, Marketing, Business, Product, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities (5 Areas)
1. Sales Support
- Identify and reach out to potential customers
- Assist in scheduling calls and follow-ups
- Maintain basic CRM or lead tracking sheet
- Support in converting leads into customers
2. Marketing Support
- Assist in creating simple content for LinkedIn and website
- Conduct basic competitor and market research
- Support small marketing campaigns and experiments
3. Business & Research
- Help with market analysis and opportunity research
- Prepare basic reports using Google Sheets or Excel
- Support partnership and pricing research
4. Product Assistance
- Collect user feedback and summarize insights
- Help document feature ideas and improvements
- Test new features and report issues
5. Operations Support
- Help maintain process documents (SOPs)
- Track weekly targets and performance metrics
- Coordinate tasks with internal team members
