Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site General Surgeon position based in Talegaon at Pawana Multispeciality Hospital. The General Surgeon will perform surgeries and procedures across a variety of specialties and ensure the highest standards of patient care. Responsibilities will include pre-operative consultation, conducting surgical procedures, postoperative care, and participating in emergency and trauma cases as required. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential to deliver comprehensive and effective treatment to patients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in General Surgery, including conducting surgical procedures and managing patient care.
- Strong foundation for effective pre- and post-operative counselling.
- Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients
- Prior experience in a hospital setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and adherence to hospital protocols.
