Role Description
As a Service Manager at hyundai, you will manage daily service operations to ensure customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency. Your responsibilities will include monitoring service quality, ensuring timely repairs, handling customer queries and complaints, and overseeing the service team. You will also implement improvement initiatives, maintain customer relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jammu.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities to effectively oversee service teams and operations
- Technical knowledge of automotive systems, repair processes, and maintenance procedures
- Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to address queries and resolve complaints efficiently

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing teams and fostering positive customer interactions
- Relevant professional experience in automotive service management, and ability to work effectively on-site
