Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ayodhya for a General Service Assistant. The General Service Assistant will handle daily operational tasks to support efficient service delivery and enhance guest experiences. Responsibilities include assisting in facility management, ensuring cleanliness and organization, coordinating with team members, and resolving service-related issues. The role also involves providing exceptional customer assistance and addressing queries to maintain high service standards.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and order
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with guests and team members
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset for addressing issues promptly
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks in a dynamic work environment
- Basic knowledge of hospitality operations or experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
- Proficiency in local languages and English is preferred
