Role Description
Satkar Toyota is seeking a highly motivated General Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Chhindwara. The individual will oversee daily operations of the sales team, set sales targets, devise strategies to meet and exceed goals, and ensure a customer-first approach in all interactions. Responsibilities include developing and mentoring the sales team, analyzing data to optimize performance, and collaborating with other departments to align business goals. The General Sales Manager will also identify new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and uphold Toyota’s commitment to premium quality and customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, performance analysis, and target-setting
- Effective communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Prior experience in auto sales or a related field is highly preferred
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining operational efficiency
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is desirable
