Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Sales Manager located in Pune City. The General Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and manage the end-to-end sales process. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, and coordinating with design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also requires maintaining market insights and contributing to strategic growth plans.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in strategy creation and target achievement
- Ability to lead and manage teams, build and maintain customer relationships, and resolve issues effectively
- Knowledge of the interior design or home improvement industry is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work on-site in Pune with a client-focused approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the design or construction industry, is advantageous
