Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Sales to lead the sales team, drive business growth, and develop strategic sales plans. The candidate should have strong leadership, client management, and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead and manage regional/national sales teams
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance and market trends
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
- Drive revenue growth and profitability
