Role Description

The General Sales Manager at ATS HomeKraft will lead the sales team and oversee all aspects of sales operations to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability. Key responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, cultivating strong client relationships, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. The role requires overseeing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and managing effective sales teams.
  • Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and customer service.
  • Ability to strategize, execute, and analyze sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of market trends and competitive landscape analysis.
  • Proficiency in sales-related software and tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector is an advantage.
