Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Practitioner role located in Shamirpet. The General Practitioner will conduct patient consultations, perform physical examinations, diagnose and manage common acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe appropriate treatments. Responsibilities include coordinating home-based care, reviewing diagnostic test results, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring continuity of care. The role also involves working closely with nursing and allied health staff, providing patient education, and adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage a broad range of health conditions.
- Experience or familiarity with Family Medicine, including comprehensive care across different age groups.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with Nursing professionals to deliver coordinated home health care services.
- Ability to provide Training and guidance to clinical support staff on procedures, protocols, and patient care practices.
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution and valid medical license/registration.
- Previous experience in community, home health, or primary care settings is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and adherence to clinical safety and quality standards.
