We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Doctor who will be stationed at our Zamin Endathur facility. The candidate will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services to the residents, ensuring their overall well-being, and being available for medical emergencies as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day medical care and consultation to residents at the facility.
- Diagnose and treat common illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions.
- Conduct routine health check-ups and monitor patient health status.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of all consultations and treatments.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
- Prescribe medications and ensure proper follow-up on treatments.
- Coordinate with visiting specialists, nurses, and healthcare staff as needed.
- Promote preventive healthcare and conduct awareness sessions on hygiene and wellness.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, ethics, and organizational policies.
Key Requirements:
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution (MD/MS preferred but not mandatory).
- Valid Medical Council registration.
- Minimum 1–5 years of clinical experience (experience in community healthcare or similar setup is an added advantage).
- Willingness to reside at the Zamin Endathur location (mandatory).
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
- Compassionate approach towards patient care, especially elderly and community residents.
- Ability to handle emergency situations independently.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time residential role at Zamin Endathur.
- Accommodation will be provided at the facility.
- Availability for on-call duties and emergencies is required.
