Company Description NURA – Sustained Health with Active-AI Screening is a collaborative initiative between Fujifilm Healthcare and Dr Kutty’s Healthcare, combining advanced AI-enabled imaging with expert clinical care. The organization focuses on regular health screening programs designed to detect cancers and lifestyle-related diseases at an early stage. By identifying conditions in asymptomatic individuals, NURA aims to reduce health risks and support more effective treatment outcomes. NURA operates dedicated screening centers in Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Mumbai, with a growing presence and opportunities for medical professionals across locations.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Physician based in Kozhikode. The General Physician will conduct comprehensive health evaluations, interpret screening results, diagnose and manage common medical conditions, and provide evidence-based primary care. Responsibilities include reviewing AI-enabled imaging reports, advising on further diagnostic workup, creating individualized care plans, and offering preventive health counseling. The role also involves collaborating with nursing and technical staff, maintaining detailed medical records, participating in multidisciplinary case discussions, and contributing to patient education and health awareness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage a broad range of adult health conditions.
- Experience or training in Family Medicine, emphasizing continuity of care and preventive health.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Nursing and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated patient care.
- Interest and aptitude in Training, including mentoring clinical staff and contributing to continuous medical education.
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution; MD or Diplomate in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is preferred.
- Current medical license and registration with relevant medical council authorities.
- Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Comfort working with digital health tools, electronic medical records, and AI-supported diagnostic systems.
- Commitment to ethical practice, quality standards, and adherence to clinical protocols and safety guidelines.
