We're seeking a seasoned Head of Domestic Travel Division who can build and lead a high-performing team to cater to the growing demand for domestic travel. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, enhance customer experience, and establish Concord Exotic Voyages as a leader in the domestic travel market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the Domestic Travel Division, including building a team of experienced professionals
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, revenue, and market share
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in travel industry, preferably in domestic travel or tour operations
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation
- Ability to bring your existing team along and build a new division from scratch
