Role Description
Sparsh Automobiles is seeking a full-time General Manager - Sales & Service Automobiles for its Raipur location. This on-site role involves overseeing daily sales and service operations while developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include managing sales and service teams, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with company and Maruti Suzuki standards. Strategic planning, team mentoring, and coordination across departments will be integral to delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and service management skills, including business development and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in performance analysis, strategic planning, and goal-setting for team and organizational success.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships and navigate complex interactions.
- Proven experience in the automotive industry or a similar field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required; MBA is a plus.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technology to drive efficiency and performance.
