About the Role
We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Wellness, Hospitality & Restaurant to manage overall operations, business development, sales, revenue generation and team management.
The role will oversee Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga, Wellness, IPD/OPD, Restaurant and Hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall IPD/OPD Ayurveda and Naturopathy operations.
- Oversee Yoga, Wellness, Restaurant and Hospitality services.
- Drive business development, sales, revenue and profitability.
- Develop corporate tie-ups, referral networks, partnerships and new business opportunities.
- Work with digital marketing/social media teams to generate enquiries, footfall and revenue.
- Drive wellness packages, treatments, events, restaurant promotions and repeat business.
- Ensure high standards of customer/patient experience, service quality and hygiene.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management of the team.
- Manage budgets, expenses, procurement, vendors and operational KPIs.
- Prepare regular business and performance reports for management.
Skills
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Wellness, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga, Holistic Healthcare, Wellness Resorts or Hospitality.
- Strong experience in operations + business development + sales/revenue generation.
- Proven team management and leadership skills.
- Strong networking and partnership-building abilities.
- Experience managing customer/patient experience and service operations.
- MBA is preferred.
