Your Role
As an General Manager at StayVista, you will be responsible for owning and accelerating weekday revenue growth by building predictable demand streams across B2C and B2B channels, improving occupancy levels, and driving profitable utilization of StayVista’s inventory.
About You
- Develop and execute the overall weekday revenue growth strategy across markets; own weekday occupancy & RevPAR targets
- Identify demand gaps and underutilized inventory; build structured weekday demand programs
- Drive corporate sales including weekday partnerships, offsites, extended stays & key account management
- Launch new weekday demand channels such as work-from-villa, long-stay packages, and subscription/membership programs
- Design and implement weekday pricing & yield strategies; optimize length of stay and margins in collaboration with Revenue team
- Align Contact Centre for weekday-first selling through scripts, training & conversion strategies
- Track weekday performance metrics (conversion, closure rates, bottlenecks) and improve execution
- Collaborate with Marketing to launch targeted weekday campaigns and strengthen positioning
- Develop weekday-focused products including corporate packages, couple retreats, long stays & bundled experiences
- 5+ years of experience in revenue, sales, or growth roles (hospitality/travel preferred)
- Strong commercial and revenue-driven mindset with data-backed decision-making ability
- Experience in strategic planning, sales leadership, and pricing/yield management
- This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
