Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager / Vice President – Sales & Marketing at our Manesar office. The professional will lead the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing initiatives, oversee the sales team, and drive growth across various sales channels. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, building strong client relationships, leveraging analytics for decision-making, and expanding market presence. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and ensure effective brand positioning.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Strategic Marketing, Brand Management, and Marketing Communications
- Ability to lead and manage teams, including Sales and Marketing professionals, with strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Experience in Market Analysis, Competitive Research, and Data-Driven Strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage
- Demonstrated success in scaling revenue and market share
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is highly preferred
