About us

Forever Distillery is a fast-growing, integrated spirits and ethanol company operating a 200 KLPD multi-feed distillery in Uttar Pradesh. Alongside Ethanol and ENA production, we bottle and market our own country liquor brands, and undertake contract bottling for Radico Khaitan (country liquor) and Allied Blenders & Distillers (IMFL). We are building a scalable, future-ready platform across industrial alcohol and spirits, with a strong focus on growth and expansion.

The role

We are looking for an experienced Unit Head to take complete ownership of the distillery- covering operations, compliance, administration, and government liaison-ensuring smooth, compliant, and uninterrupted plant functioning.

Your responsibilities

• Full ownership of plant operations, including production, maintenance, and overall administration
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the distillery with high efficiency and minimal downtime
• Lead regulatory compliance and liaison with UP Excise, Pollution Control Board, Fire Department, and all relevant government authorities
• Manage end-to-end NOCs, licenses, renewals, inspections, and statutory compliances
• Ensure strict adherence to environmental, safety, and regulatory frameworks
• Drive plant reliability, maintenance planning, and operational discipline
• Oversee unit administration, local stakeholder management, and coordination with authorities
• Execute tasks and strategic priorities assigned by management

Who we're looking for

• BSc / MSc in PCM, PCB, chemistry / DIFAT
• 18–25 years of experience in distillery/ethanol/spirits manufacturing
• Minimum 5–8 years as Unit Head / Plant Head of a distillery
• Strong, hands-on experience with UP Excise and regulatory ecosystem
• Proven track record of running a compliant, stable, large-scale plant
