Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager - Tourism, located in the Pune Division. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the tourism department, manage and develop client relationships, and ensure seamless coordination of travel packages and services. The role involves leading a team, developing business strategies, managing budgets, and driving growth in the tourism sector, while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in all aspects of the business.

- Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee and motivate staff.
- Experience in tourism management, travel planning, and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of budget management, business development, and operational planning.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving capabilities and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Understanding of local, domestic, and international tourism trends and markets.
- Relevant educational background in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, or related fields.
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the tourism or travel industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems used in travel and tourism management.
