Role OverviewWe are seeking a strategic technology leader with a proven track record of driving enterprise IT transformation, large-scale program execution, data engineering and operations. The role requires a visionary yet hands-on leader who can design and deliver cutting-edge technology solutions, safeguard data, streamline operations, and embed innovation at the core of our business strategy.
The individual will be responsible for leading the full spectrum of technology and operations—including applications, computer networks, security, and architecture—while partnering closely with commercial, marketing, supply chain, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities● Technology Strategy & Transformation
○ Define and execute a future-ready technology roadmap aligned with business growth and market ambitions.
○ Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives to deliver agility, scalability, and cost efficiency.
○ Establish robust IT foundations—reliable, secure, scalable, and cost-efficient.
● Business Partnership & Enablement
○ Act as a strategic business partner for Commercial & Marketing, co-creating solutions that enable market competitiveness.
○ Partner with Marketing on digital engagement solutions including brand website management, social media intelligence, and consumer data platforms.
● Program Delivery & Innovation
○ Lead the delivery of next-gen digital programs such as:
■ Retail Execution Platform leveraging image recognition (TRAX) with 96%+ accuracy, reducing store audit times by 50% and improving “callage” (refers to the number of calls (or store visits) a sales representative makes within a given time period - usually per day) by ~10%.
■ Business Performance Management transformation using Azure, AWS, SAP and other enterprise IT tools, delivering 100+ KPIs as a single source of truth with >60% adoption.
■ Master Data Platform ensuring 98%+ data accuracy across product and customer datasets.
○ Champion innovative digital solutions that elevate both employee and consumer experiences.
● Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance
○ Strengthen information security posture by continuously monitoring threats and executing mitigation plans.
○ Lead information management & security as a managed service, enhancing maturity across cyber and application security towers.
● Vendor & Cost Management
○ Drive partner selection and performance-linked contracts across applications, computers, service desk, and network services.
○ Achieve significant cost savings while improving service delivery and resilience.
Qualifications & Experience● 12+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, ideally in consumer goods, retail, or related industries.
● Proven track record of leading enterprise IT transformations and large-scale technology programs.
● Deep expertise in cloud, data engineering and cybersecurity.
● Demonstrated ability to integrate global systems with local market priorities.
● Strong vendor management and commercial acumen, with experience in delivering cost efficiencies.
● Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
