Job Summary
Nipro Medical India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for medical devices manufactured and imported in India and distributed nationwide through multiple warehouses.
The role includes procurement, planning, imports, warehousing, inventory control, logistics, and nationwide distribution using SAP, advanced planning systems (AP), analytics, and strong operational leadership.
Nipro Medical India Pvt. Ltd. currently manages warehouses across Mumbai, Chennai, Faridabad, Indore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Bangalore, Raipur, Kolkata, and Pune.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and nationwide distribution operations
* Ensure all consignments, stocks, and spares move with proper documentation and SAP compliance
* Maintain optimum inventory levels and minimize excess stock, shortages, and expiry risks
* Drive demand forecasting, Rolling Forecast (RFC), and supply planning processes
* Ensure timely coordination of stock ETA and supply updates to business teams
* Optimize inter-branch transfers, freight costs, and logistics efficiency
* Strengthen warehouse operations, inventory handling, and material movement practices
* Improve delivery performance through end-mile visibility and adherence to TAT commitments
* Maintain alignment between physical inventory and SAP records through audits and reconciliation
* Ensure complete documentation, ISO compliance, regulatory adherence, and operational governance
* Proactively identify operational gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities
* Lead supply chain and warehouse teams across multiple locations with strong operational leadership
Requirements
* Graduate in Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, Business, or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred
* Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years managing multiple warehouses and supply points
* Strong experience in SAP MM, ERP systems, analytics, and supply chain planning
* Experience with global or multinational companies preferred
* APICS / CSCP / CPIM or equivalent certification preferred
* Preference for candidates from healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or regulated consumer industries
* Minimum 4 years of stable experience in the current organization
* Fluency in English, Hindi, and mother tongue preferred
* Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
