We are looking for a high-caliber General Manager – Projects to spearhead our expanding portfolio of utility-scale solar installations. Based in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, this leadership role is designed for a technical powerhouse who excels at navigating the complexities of large-scale renewable energy infrastructure.

The Scope of Leadership
As the GM of Projects, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of multiple solar projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest engineering standards. Your role encompasses:
- End-to-End Execution: Ownership of project sites from land development and civil works to module mounting, DC/AC cabling, and final grid synchronization.
- Multi-Project Coordination: Simultaneously managing a pipeline of projects (25 MWp and above), ensuring resource optimization across different sites.
- Technical Oversight: Providing deep technical guidance on site layouts, BOS (Balance of System) selection, and inverter station commissioning.
- Timeline Mastery: Developing and enforcing rigorous Project Master Schedules (PMS) to mitigate delays in the supply chain or local execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaising with government bodies, state DISCOMs, and GETCO for seamless evacuation and statutory approvals.
- Team Empowerment: Leading a multi-disciplinary team of site engineers, contractors, and safety officers with absolute clarity and direction.
Candidate Profile
- Education: B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of direct experience in a leadership role managing solar projects with a capacity of 25 MWp or higher.
- Industry Expertise: A profound understanding of the Gujarat solar landscape, local regulations, and utility-scale challenges.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to provide clear directions, solve on-site bottlenecks, and maintain high morale under tight deadlines.
