Evergreen Squares is hiring a General Manager – Sales to take ownership of our growth. This isn't a role for someone who waits for leads to land in their inbox. It's for a connected, commercially sharp leader who knows how to turn relationships into revenue and build a team that does the same.
What you'll own
- The full sales strategy — you set the direction, the targets, and the pace
- High-value deals driven through your established network of decision-makers and industry contacts
- A sales team you'll build, lead, and push to perform at their best
- New markets, partnerships, and business opportunities that move the needle
- Key client and stakeholder relationships at the most senior level
- Forecasting, performance tracking, and clear reporting to leadership
