Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager Sales Marketing (Home Health Care), based in Kolkata. The role involves leading and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth for home healthcare services across West Bengal. The General Manager will oversee sales operations, set targets, monitor performance, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, and identifying new business opportunities and partnerships. The role also entails managing and mentoring sales and marketing teams, coordinating with clinical and operations teams to align offerings with market needs, analyzing market trends and competitor activity, and preparing regular reports and forecasts for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong General Management skills, including strategic planning, business development, and P&L understanding.
- Proven Sales expertise in healthcare or related service industries, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with the ability to design and monitor patient-centric service standards.
- Team Management capabilities, including leading, coaching, and motivating cross-functional sales and marketing teams.
- Experience in marketing and brand-building, preferably in home healthcare or broader healthcare services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills for market analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem in West Bengal and willingness to travel within assigned territories as required.
- Needs to have home health care experience
