Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager Sales Marketing at Lifecom Pharmaceuticals' Lucknow location. The General Manager will oversee sales and marketing operations, drive business growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage and mentor the sales and marketing team. Responsibilities also include devising and implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of revenue goals and performance benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in General Management and Team Management, with an aptitude for leadership and decision-making
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service with a focus on achieving sales targets and nurturing client relationships
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales and marketing strategies
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required
