Role Description
• Formulation and implementation of the sales strategy for the project.
• Conceptualization & launch of sales initiatives to maximize order booking for the project
• Collaborate with multiple departments like Accounts & Finance, Legal to develop sales programs that align with overall business objectives.
• Evaluate market trends and competitor moves to protect existing sales and maximize future sales opportunities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, laws & regulation
• Overall efficient resource management, drive cost reduction & achievement of targets for the project
• Managing the entire customer life cycle with excellent customer experience from booking to Handover to CRM
• Identify and develop relations with existing & new key customers (E.g. Corporates, HNI Clients)
• Identify and develop relationships with Partners (brokers/ property consultants) to ensure market penetration
• Identify local media for marketing communication and provide inputs to the marketing team
• Develop and implement training programs that teach sales members how to get customers with continually coaching.
• Evaluate sales performance to ensure generation of leads through calls, references and various marketing & promotional measures and to ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquires so as to maximize sales conversions.
• Prepare and present sales reports, revenue & expenses reports, forecast reports etc to management as required.
• Keep abreast of developments in the area
• Manage the team effectively by coaching, mentoring, provide periodic feedback and exposure to enhance learning
• To share best practices within the micro market
Qualification: MBA – Sales & Marketing
Preferred candidate:
• Excellent people management skills
• Real estate industry expertise in luxury & ultra luxury market segment
• Strong network of brokers
• Strategic thinker with problem solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with handling launch to handover of the project
