As a General Manager - Sales, you will own the business performance and revenue growth for the assigned region. You will lead the sales function, drive operational excellence, and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experience and business outcomes.
What You’ll Own
- Drive regional sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead and manage a team of Business Managers and Sales professionals to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and improve the sales funnel, productivity metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Own P&L responsibilities for the region and ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Operations, and Customer Experience for seamless project execution.
- Hire, train, mentor, and retain top-performing sales talent.
- Drive customer-centric initiatives and continuously improve the customer journey.
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategic business initiatives and market expansion plans.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in sales leadership, business operations, or P&L management.
- Strong experience in managing high-performing sales teams in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Experience in interior design, home interiors, real estate, retail, or related industries will be preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-growth environment.
