Key Responsibilities:
- As Sales Head – Gurgaon you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales operations, and leading a high-performing sales team for residential and commercial real estate projects in the Gurgaon market.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets. Leading the regional Sales revenue. Own the sales P&L for Gurgaon projects.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, customer segments, and channel partners.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to position projects effectively.
- Identifying opportunities and monetizing vehicles by plugging the revenue leakages points within the current system.
