Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced General Manager – Sales & Operations to lead multi-store operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure a premium customer experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of jewelry retail.
Key Responsibilities- Drive overall sales performance and achieve revenue targets across showrooms
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Lead, mentor, and manage store managers and sales teams
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and reduce shrinkage
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and handle escalations
- Analyze financial performance, KPIs, and profitability metrics
- Collaborate with marketing teams to increase footfall and brand visibility
What We’re Looking For- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or related field
- 10–15 years of experience in preferably jewelry must ans should or luxury segment
- Proven experience in managing multiple stores and large teams
- Strong understanding of gold, diamond, Silver and bridal jewelry markets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
