Role Description
We are seeking a General Manager of Sales and Marketing to lead and oversee sales and marketing strategies for our marine and industrial power solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The General Manager will be responsible for growing the client base, managing sales pipelines, developing marketing campaigns, negotiating contracts, fostering relationships with clients, and ensuring the company's revenue and operational goals are achieved. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the company's market position and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Marketing skills, including Digital Marketing, Brand Promotion, and Market Analysis
- Effective Leadership and Team Management skills
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Power Solutions, Marine and Industrial applications, and associated product categories is highly preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement data-driven decisions
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and project oversight
- Proficiency with CRM systems and productivity tools
