Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager Sales and Marketing, located in Jodhpur. The General Manager will oversee and direct sales and marketing activities, develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth, and manage client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, developing sales channels, leading marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and mentoring the sales and marketing teams. This role requires a proactive and strategic leader with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in leading teams and setting performance goals
- Strong analytical skills for Market Research and developing strategic plans
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of LT Panel manufacturing and EPC contracting is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic industry conditions
- Prior experience in the electrical engineering or manufacturing sector is a plus
