Role Overview
The role involves leading sales for commercial retail spaces, driving revenue growth, managing team performance, and ensuring successful project positioning in the market.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities to increase sales and generate regular business from retail vertical
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotional offers, and branding initiatives
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and visibility
- Lead the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement corrective actions
- Develop strategies to improve walk-ins, conversions, and overall revenue
- Ensure achievement of both individual and team targets
- Track footfall, inquiry generation, and conversion ratios
- Ensure adherence to customer handling and service standards
- Manage high-value clients and lead key negotiations
- Ensure smooth documentation and deal closure processes
- Support project launches and promotional activities
