Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Projects to lead and oversee all ongoing and upcoming interior execution projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Leadership & Execution
- Head and manage all interior execution projects from initiation to final handover
- Ensure timelines, quality standards, and budgets are strictly maintained
- Monitor project progress and resolve on-site challenges proactively
2. Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact post project acquisition
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide project updates
- Ensure high client satisfaction and relationship management
3. Vendor & Procurement Management
- Onboard and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers
- Oversee procurement planning, cost control, and material availability
- Negotiate pricing and ensure quality compliance
4. Team Management
- Lead and supervise Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and execution teams
- Allocate resources efficiently across multiple sites
- Ensure team productivity, accountability, and performance tracking
5. Site Monitoring
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards across sites
6. Billing & Commercial Oversight
- Oversee project billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Ensure cost tracking, budgeting, and financial discipline
- Coordinate with accounts for project-related financial activities
Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience in interior execution / fit-out projects
- Strong leadership and multi-project management ability
- Excellent client handling and communication skills
- Vendor management and procurement expertise
- Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, and site execution
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Experience Required- 8–15+ years in interior execution / construction project management
- Prior experience in a leadership or senior project management role preferred

Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects
- Skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks, ensuring timely procurement, delivery, and project flow
- Proficiency in Inspection and quality control to maintain adherence to defined standards
- Expertise in Logistics Management, including overseeing supply chain, transportation, and materials handling
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of design, construction, or craftsmanship industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
