We are #Hiring General Manager Projects Inspira Builders
Experience -15-20 years
-Lead execution of high-rise residential and luxury apartment projects from concept to completion.
-Oversee structural design planning, review, and validation in coordination with structural consultants.
-Ensure designs comply with safety standards, seismic requirements, and statutory regulations.
-Review structural drawings, calculations, BOQs, and technical specifications.
-Optimize structural designs for cost efficiency without compromising safety and quality.
-Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams for design integration.
-Monitor site execution to ensure work is aligned with approved structural designs.
-Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
-Ensure adherence to quality control and safety standards across all construction activities.
-Identify and resolve design and execution-related challenges.
-Drive vendor and contractor management, including technical evaluation.
-Ensure timely delivery of projects within approved budgets.
