Role Description
The General Manager for Pickleball Club will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the club is running efficiently and delivering excellent experiences for all members. Responsibilities include managing staff, organizing events and tournaments, overseeing membership services, maintaining facilities, and developing marketing strategies to attract and retain members. Additionally, the role involves financial management, including budgeting and reporting, to ensure the club’s profitability. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon, India.
Qualifications
- Operational Excellence: Proven experience in managing club operations, team leadership, and facility management.
- Event Management: Strong ability to organize and oversee events, tournaments, and member activities.
- Marketing Skills: Proficiency in planning and executing marketing strategies, including social media engagement on platforms like Instagram.
- Customer Service: Track record in ensuring excellent member and client experiences, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Financial Management: Budgeting, reporting, and profit optimization experience to ensure operational profitability.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to inspire, coordinate, and lead a diverse team effectively.
- Passion for Sports: Familiarity with and enthusiasm for pickleball or similar sports is an advantage.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
