Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager-Operations (Higher Education Admission) based in Delhi. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a diverse team, and ensure successful execution of processes related to higher education admissions. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, streamlining operations, managing customer service excellence, and ensuring the team achieves its objectives. The role also involves reviewing and improving operational workflows, fostering collaboration within teams, and maintaining professional partnerships with universities.
Qualifications- Min 14 years of Operations (UG/PG/PHD)
- Handling post admission process (UG/PG/PHD)
- University Management
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business objectives and improve efficiency.
- Driving student retention through structured feedback mechanisms, proactive support strategies, and improved CSAT initiatives.
- Coordinating closely with product, tech, and university teams to ensure smooth implementation of tools and process improvements
- Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee workflow optimization to ensure cost-efficiency and high productivity.
