Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager - Operations based in Chennai. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing budgets, leading teams, optimizing workflows, implementing strategic plans, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. This position will also involve continuous improvement of processes to align with the hotel's standards of luxury and excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in General Management and Operations Management within the hospitality or related industries
- Strong skills in Customer Service and dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Experience in Team Management, including training, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work culture
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to meet operational goals effectively
- Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and efficiency
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Educational background in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in luxury hotel management will be an added advantage
