General Manager – Soni Tools (Surat)
We are looking for a hands-on General Manager to take full ownership of operations, team management, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across sales, inventory, and purchasing
- Track sales performance and drive revenue growth
- Build structure, processes, and accountability in the team
- Manage staff and improve productivity
- Ensure smooth coordination across all functions
Requirements
- 5–10 years experience in operations / sales management
- Background in distribution, tools, hardware, or FMCG preferred
- Strong leadership and execution skills
- Ability to manage and discipline teams
Salary
₹40,000 + performance incentives
Location & Timings
Surat | 9:30 AM – 8:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
