🚀 We’re Hiring: General Manager – Operations

SGV Super Security Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned and strategic General Manager – Operations to lead large-scale security operations and drive organizational excellence. This role requires a visionary leader with deep industry expertise, strong client management skills, and the ability to manage multi-location operations efficiently.
- 🔑 Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for overall security operations across multiple locations
- Ensure consistent service quality, compliance, and operational excellence across all client sites
- Drive business growth through client retention, relationship management, and new opportunities
- Optimize operational efficiency, cost control, and resource utilization
- Develop and implement SOPs, policies, and best practices in line with industry standards
- Ensure adherence to statutory, legal, and safety regulations
- Build a high-performance culture through leadership, training, and team development
- 📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end operations including deployment, logistics, and performance management of security personnel
- Manage regional managers, supervisors, and large field teams
- Conduct regular reviews, audits, and site inspections to maintain service standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and admin teams for workforce planning and budgeting
- Analyze operational data and present insights to senior leadership
- Handle crisis management, escalations, and high-priority incidents effectively
- Drive process improvements and technology adoption in security operations
- ✅ Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role (preferably in security services, facility management, or related industry)
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Excellent client management and communication abilities
- Ability to manage large teams across multiple locations
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost control
- Proficiency in operational reporting and analytics
